Members can request to pause their membership. You review each request and approve or deny it.

Open freeze requests
Find pending requests in the Today list or the freeze approvals area.
Check the window
Review the requested dates and the member’s history.
Approve or deny
Approving extends the member’s end date by the frozen days. Denying keeps their plan unchanged.
Result
The member is notified and, if approved, their membership end date updates.
