What is Gym Incognito?
Gym management software for gyms and fitness studios, with an iOS and Android app for your members. It covers memberships, payments, attendance, leads, classes, training plans, staff and multi-branch brands.
How do people sign in?
Everyone signs in with a Qviple account, using a username or phone number with a password, or a one-time code sent to their phone. Anyone without an account can create a free one in the Qviple app.
How do members pay?
Members pay in the app through PhonePe, using UPI, cards or net banking. They can also set up UPI AutoPay to renew automatically. Staff can record cash, UPI, card or bank transfer payments at the desk, or send a payment link.
Which devices does it run on?
The app is on the App Store and Google Play. Owners and staff can also use it in any modern browser as a web app.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. A brand owner sees every branch from one account, and each branch keeps its own members, payments and staff. Staff who work at several branches switch between them in the app.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. It issues tax invoices, bills of supply, receipts and credit notes, and exports sales registers, a GSTR-1 summary and Tally vouchers.
Which languages does the app support?
English, Hindi and Marathi. Each person picks their language in their profile.
