Request account deletion

Request deletion of your Gym Incognito account and associated personal data from Mithkal Minds Pvt. Ltd.. You can make this request without installing the app or signing in.

Send your request

  1. Email support@gymincognito.com with the subject “Gym Incognito account deletion request”.
  2. Include your registered phone number or email, your Qviple username if known, and your gym name if applicable.
  3. Support will need to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or identity documents in your initial email.

Data covered by your request

Your request covers your Gym Incognito account, profile and contact information, uploaded photos and documents, workout and diet information, body measurements, attendance and other associated personal data. Include your Gym Incognito social profile, posts and messages in the request so support can coordinate with the social service.

Gym Incognito uses Qviple for sign-in. Specify whether you also want your wider Qviple account deleted; that account can be used by other services and needs separate coordination with Qviple. Deleting Gym Incognito data does not by itself establish deletion from every service connected to Qviple.

Retained records and active memberships

Some payment, invoice, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute records may need to be retained for applicable obligations. Ask support to identify the retained data, the reason and its retention period. Backups and processor-held data also require review.

Account deletion is separate from cancelling a gym membership, obtaining a refund or cancelling an AutoPay mandate. Tell support and your gym about any active membership or recurring payment so these can be addressed explicitly. Gym and brand owners should identify any administration responsibilities that need to be transferred.

Confirm the outcome

Ask support for written confirmation of completed deletion and an explanation of any retained data. You may also request deletion of specific data while keeping your account. Read our privacy policy for information about data use and retention.
