Before you delete your account

Deleting your Gym Incognito account is permanent. Once completed, you may lose access to your profile, connected services, and account-related data.

Permanent account removal
Your login access, profile, and account settings will be removed and cannot be restored.
Loss of connected data
You may lose access to memberships, attendance, workout and diet plans, payments, communication, and gym-linked workspace data.
Save important information first
Download or copy anything important before continuing with account deletion. Gym billing, security, audit, and durable identity records may be retained. Removal of personal health and fitness data is scheduled after account deletion.
Identity verification required
To protect your account, you must sign in again before the deletion request is processed.
