Freezing your membership
Going away for a while? Request a freeze to pause your membership — approved freezes extend your end date.

Open Freeze
From your membership, choose Freeze membership.
Pick your window
Select the start and end dates of your pause.
Submit for approval
Your request goes to your gym as pending. You will be notified when it is approved or denied.
Result
Once approved, your end date is extended by the frozen days.
Notes & limits
- Freeze windows cannot overlap an existing freeze.
- Your gym may set a limit on how many days you can freeze.
