Paying dues
Pay your membership online with PhonePe — pick a plan, complete checkout, and return to a confirmed payment.
Make sure you have chosen a plan. You will need a payment method supported by PhonePe (UPI, card, or net banking).

Select your plan and any offer
Confirm the plan on the checkout screen, enter any offer code, and review the price breakdown.
Continue to PhonePe
Tap Pay now. You are handed to PhonePe to complete the payment.
Membership and auto-renew Return to the app
After paying, you return to Gym Incognito. The app shows a polling screen while it confirms the payment with PhonePe — this can take a few seconds.
See your confirmation
Once confirmed, your membership activates and a receipt is generated.
Your membership is active and a receipt is available to download.
Do not close the app on the polling screen. If you do, the payment can still confirm, so check your payment history before paying again.
To renew automatically, turn on Auto-renew from your membership. It sets up a UPI AutoPay mandate with PhonePe, up to your plan price, and you can cancel it at any time.
#Troubleshooting

| Stuck on the polling screen | Confirmation from PhonePe is delayed | Wait a little longer, then check payment history. If money left your account but no subscription appears, contact your gym via chat. |
| Payment failed | Declined or cancelled at PhonePe | No charge is kept for a failed payment. Try again or use a different method. |
