Attendance management

Control how check-in works: your location and radius, check-in rules, hours, holidays, and QR check-in.

#Configure attendance

  1. Set the gym location

Pin your gym on the map so check-ins can be geofenced to it.

  2. Set the attendance radius

Choose how close a member must be to check in, anywhere from 25 m to 1 km. A check-in without location is flagged as unverified.

  3. Set hours and holidays

Define opening hours in Gym settings, and mark holidays under Batches & holidays.

  4. Choose check-in rules

Decide whether members need an active plan to check in, and open QR check-in to show the gym’s rotating QR code at the desk. Staff can also scan a member’s QR card.

Result

Members can now check in within your radius during open hours.

Notes & limits

A larger radius is more forgiving but less precise. A tighter radius makes sure members are truly on-site. Biometric devices (ZKTeco or eSSL) can also record member attendance.
