Member status
A member moves through a simple lifecycle: active, suspended, or removed. Each state changes what they can do.
#Active
The normal state — the member can sign in, check in, and use their subscription.
#Suspended
The member loses app access and cannot check in until you reactivate them. Their history is kept.
#Removed
Blocks the member’s account access. Their profile and history are kept. Use with care.
Notes & limits
Status is different from a freeze, which only pauses the membership clock.
