Collecting payments

Take payments online, send payment links, or record payments at the counter. Every payment produces a receipt.

#How online payments arrive

When a member pays online via PhonePe (UPI, card, or net banking), or renews through a UPI AutoPay mandate, the payment and membership appear automatically. You can also send a member a payment link from their profile.

#Manual payments

For payments taken outside the app, record them yourself so your books and the member’s membership stay correct.

#Record a manual payment

  1. Open the member and choose Record payment

    From the member profile, tap Record payment.

    Pending dues page: 6 open charges with ₹5,150 due by 25 Sept 2026. A table lists member, charge (locker rent, Monthly Starter, Guest Pass - Bring a Buddy, Day Pass), total, collected, balance due and due status such as 'Overdue by 31 days' in red or 'Due today', with a Collect button on every row. Export Excel and Instalment settings buttons sit at the top.

  2. Pick the plan and method

    Select the plan being paid for and the method: cash, direct UPI, card, or another method such as a bank transfer.

  3. Confirm

    Save the payment. The subscription activates and a receipt is generated.

Result

The payment shows in the member’s history and in your revenue.

Notes & limits

Reconciliation tip: record counter payments the same day so your revenue figures always match the cash drawer.
