Retention / at-risk

Keep track of members who are drifting away and follow up before they lapse.

#Where to look

The At risk page lists members with their last visit, attendance, and membership status, so you can decide who to call first. The Today list also shows expired memberships and members who have stopped coming in.

#Win back an at-risk member

  1. Open the list

    Review members on the At risk page or in Today.

  2. Reach out

    Call or text them, message them in chat, or send a broadcast to the at-risk group.

  3. Follow up

    Create a follow-up task and assign it to a staff member, then watch for their next check-in.

Result

Members who start attending again are back on track.
