Staff management
Bring on managers, trainers, and front desk staff with the right level of access, scoped to your gym.
#Add staff and assign roles
Open Staff
Go to Staff and choose Set up staff.
Enter their details and role
Add their name and login email, and choose manager, trainer, or front desk.
Send the setup request
Tap Copy setup request and send it to the Gym Incognito team, who create the staff login. Copying alone does not create an account. Access is per-gym, so staff only see this gym’s data.
Result
Once set up, your staff can sign in and use the pages allowed for their role (tagged Staff in these docs). You can edit their role or mark them inactive from their profile.
Notes & limits
Owner-only actions like settings stay with you. Owner and brand owner access is set up by the Gym Incognito team.
