   A warning sign appears

   A member shows up in the Today list because they stopped coming in or their membership expired, or they are on the at-risk list. See Retention / at-risk.

   The owner reaches out

   Call them, send a personal chat, or send a broadcast with an offer code, and create a follow-up task.

3. 3

   Re-engagement

   The member returns, renews if needed, and checks in again.
