Admission fee
A one-time joining fee a plan can carry on top of its price. Staff can waive it.
At-risk
A member on the gym’s at-risk list, shown with their last visit and membership so staff can follow up.
Attendance / Check-in
A record that a member visited the gym, made by geofenced self check-in, a QR scan, a biometric device, or staff at the desk.
Batch
A scheduled training slot with a capacity and optional gender rules.
Brand
A group of gyms managed together by a brand owner.
Broadcast
A message sent to all members, a group, or one member. It appears in their in-app notification centre.
CGST / SGST
The central and state components GST is split into on tax documents. Interstate sales use IGST instead.
Freeze
A pause on a membership that extends its end date.
Geofence
The radius around a gym within which self check-in is allowed (25 m to 1 km).
GST / GSTIN
Indian sales tax and the gym’s tax identification number.
Gym
A single location with its own members, plans, staff, and settings.
Lead
A prospective member tracked in the CRM pipeline.
Manager / Trainer
Staff with delegated, per-gym access inside the owner console. Front desk is a third staff role.

Offer
A discount code, such as FESTIVE10, that members enter at checkout.
OTP
A 6-digit one-time code sent to your mobile number to sign in with your Qviple account.
Plan
A membership package with a duration and price.
Qviple
The parent app whose account you use to sign in to Gym Incognito.
Receipt
A numbered record of a successful payment, available as a PDF.
Segment
A filtered group of members, such as due soon, expired, frozen, or new.
Stacked renewal
A renewal paid before the current plan ends. The new plan’s days are added after the current end date.
Subscription
A member’s active plan with start, end, and days remaining.
Suspended
A blocked state for a member, gym, or brand that preserves data.
