How a payment happens from both sides — the member paying online and the owner recording a manual one — each ending in a receipt.
#Two paths, one receipt
#Member side (online)
The member pays via PhonePe; the payment and subscription appear automatically for the owner.
#Owner side (manual)
For cash, direct UPI, card, or bank transfer payments, the owner records the payment on the member’s profile. Staff can also send the member a payment link.
#The receipt
Either way, a numbered receipt is generated and available to download as a PDF. GST-registered gyms can also issue a GST document.
