Creating an account
Gym Incognito uses your Qviple account. There is no separate sign-up: if you already use Qviple, you already have what you need.
#Get ready to sign in
Make sure you have a Qviple account
Qviple is the parent app that Gym Incognito belongs to. If you do not have an account yet, create a free one in the Qviple app. Members, staff, and gym owners all use a Qviple account.
Open Gym Incognito and sign in
Open the app on your phone, or go to studio.gymincognito.com. Sign in with your Qviple username or phone and password, or with a 6-digit code sent to your mobile number. See Signing in.
Continue to your home
What you see next depends on your role and on whether your gym has added you yet. See Joining a gym.
Result
You are signed in with your Qviple account.
#Troubleshooting
| What you see | Why | What to do |

| "No Qviple account found" | There is no Qviple account for the details you entered | Create a free account in the Qviple app, then come back and sign in. |
| The code never arrives | Delivery delay or a mistyped mobile number | Check the number (tap Change number if it is wrong), wait for the timer, then tap Resend code. |
| "Too many attempts" | Several failed or repeated attempts in a short time | Wait a few minutes, then try again. |
