Your profile

Edit details such as your date of birth, gender, height, weight, emergency contact, and medical notes. Some fields managed by your gym may be read-only.

Upload a profile photo up to 2 MB. Larger images are rejected, so crop or compress them first.

Choose English, Hindi, or Marathi, and pick a light, dark, or system theme. Your language is saved to your account.

Your profile also links to your health forms and consent, your referral code, and an option to export your data.

Choose whether your gym may send you SMS or WhatsApp updates. These are delivered only when messaging is enabled for your gym. In-app notifications are covered in Notifications.
