Gym Incognito is organised as a hierarchy. Each level has a clear scope, and every role works within one level of it.

Member
Scoped to one gym. Manages their own membership, payments, attendance, and training.
Manager / Trainer / Front desk (staff)
Delegated access inside one gym. Can do the owner tasks their role allows, minus owner-only settings.
Gym owner
Full control of one gym — members, money, plans, staff, and settings.
Brand owner
Everything an owner can do, across every gym in their brand, with cross-branch analytics in Brand HQ.
